Approve & Await Delivery

Once you’ve approved the final design, Naz will notify you when your album is sent to production. Expect your masterpiece to arrive within 5 weeks of placing the order.

Once you’ve made your album selections through our online questionnaire, we’ll send you an Album Release Contract for review and approval. After signing, you’ll receive access to the album layout via the Smart Albums app, where you can request revisions to ensure everything is exactly as you envisioned.
Once your layout is approved, we’ll notify you that your album is heading into production. From that point, it typically takes about 5 weeks for your handcrafted album to be created and shipped. We’ll keep you updated and let you know when to expect it at your doorstep.
